What is frequently missing is analysis that treats the reader as an intelligent person trying to understand the market — not a lead to be converted.

After 18 years in U.S. corporate life, Rohit returned to India and began looking at the country's real-estate market through a different lens — combining technology, structured analysis and an NRI perspective.
He founded Citivue to bring editorial credibility and analytical depth to a market that had been underserved by independent media. The platform starts where the knowledge base is strongest — Gurugram and NCR — but is designed to expand across India and select international markets.
